Charging: The energies of crystals need to be regularly replenished. For this, you can leave them in sunlight or moonlight. Some crystals may be sensitive to sunlight, so you should be careful about this. Alternatively, you can also charge the crystals by placing them on a piece of clear quartz or amethyst.

Protection: Protect your natural stones from scratches, impacts, and harsh chemicals to maintain their beauty and integrity. Store them in soft pouches or protective cases when not in use, and handle them with care during transportation or display.

  • Returns are not accepted for products available on our website, but exchanges can be made. You can make a one-time size and model exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If you cannot find a suitable model for exchange, you can request an online code worth the same price as your returning product which can be used for one year.
  • You need to send an e-mail to hello@lacommunemagique.com to create an exchange request while specifying your reason of exchange. Make sure to specify your first and last name and order number in the e-mail header.
  • Products sent without an e-mail exchange request WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.
  • Your request for exchange will be answered via e-mail. Our DHL Express Return Label will be sent to you together with the necessary instructions to complete the return shipping process.
  • All exchange packages must be shipped with DHL Express with the provided Return Label and instructions, packages sent with different shipping companies will not be accepted.
  • The new product will be sent back to you free of charge when the suitability of the products that reach us is examined and your request for exchange is approved.
  • Pieces that have been tried on prior to being purchased at our store WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.
  • Pieces that have been purchased online WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED at our store.
  • Exchanges that do not comply with the terms stated above will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with receiver payment.
